"The £100 Amazon Voucher Is a No-Show"
Alright, let me break it down. I signed up for broadband with this company, lured in by the promise of a £100 Amazon voucher. When the voucher didn’t show up, they told me there was a processing glitch and mentioned it might take as long as 75 days to get it. After waiting those 75 days and still nothing, I reached out again only to discover they hadn’t done a single thing. Now, I’m sitting at 103 days and have filed my small claims petition because I refuse to be taken for a ride. The whole reason I chose this service was because of that voucher, which is a whopping 40% of the yearly cost of the broadband. I feel totally swindled and I’d recommend steering clear of this company at all costs.

The E-voucher was sent as they said it would be, but the downside was waiting more than a hundred days for it and not much selection on which one to pick. However, downloading it was a breeze, so I'm pleased overall. Cheers!

This is my first go with this broadband. Overall, it’s decent, but my kids say it gets a bit sluggish when they’re gaming. Also, I’m still waiting on that promotional coupon from Amazon that was supposed to come with the signup.
